Thoughts on business - Think Different

Project thinks business - thinks otherwise will take 15 months from the date of signing of the partnership. Its overall objectives are to increase local capacity to manage and facilitate local economic development and improving the climate of entrepreneurship and investments in the municipalities Žagubica, Velika Plana, Kučevo and Pozarevac who parteneri on the project and the city Pijotrkov Tribunalski partnet from Poland as the European Union.

The specific objectives are:
Improving the capacity of Ler offices in key municipal staff to work with investors, entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs; To improve access to information and services necessary for investors, entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs to develop new programs and services to promote business development, to learn from each municipality other

The project will produce the following rezltate:
Increasing the capacity of LED offices and a network of local development fascilitatora (trained teacher), enhanced functionality and accessibility LED offices: business cafe equipment and purchase new computer equipment, which will mainly be used for presentations, the project will be organized a study visit to the partner municipality
Piotrkov Tribunalski city in Poland.

Project budget is € 207,335 and the participation of the Municipality Velika Plana is € 4,125 workers through participation in the project team, while the direct benefit of our community € 43,250, which is expressed through participation ekspereata in education, business equipment cafe
and study trips.


Spatial planning for the future

The project "Urban Planning for the Future" in which the partner municipalities Pozarevac, Velika Plana, Petrovac and Kučevo. The project is worth € 347,000. As part of this project were obtained funds for the development of two spatial plan, a program of general regulation and three detailed plan of regulation. Direct benefit to the municipality and the Great Plan is to € 7,325 of equipment and general urban development plan is € 63,000, a lot of educational lectures that predict project.

The results of the project will be presented:

- Spatial Plan for the City of Pozarevac;
- Spatial Plan for the municipality of Petrovac,
- Master control plan for the municipality of Velika Plana;
- Three step plan for regulating urban municipality Kučevo;

Spatial and urban plans will allow the target user group
balanced and sustainable development of land in the future and will provide them with the following:

• Public utilities and public utility companies will have a basis for planning for development of space systems and complexes that will allow them to expand capacity, legalize illegal buildings that were built in the past, make the necessary reconstruction and introduction of new technologies in public infrastructure;

• An ambitious investment promotion would be reduced where the deadline for obtaining building permits;

• Tourism organizations can attract investors in tourism, thus improving its products;

• Department of Agriculture will have a legal basis for the introduction of new infrastructure;

• For the citizens of the spatial plan provides the quality of living conditions in the future;

• Increased capacity and authority of the municipal space-planned offices;

• Purchased and installed equipment, municipal planners nine desktop computers, four color laser printer A3;

• Four GIS software package that is required for monitoring and implementation of spatial plans, and general detailed regulation is installed in four municipalities;

• Twelve employees, trained in the use of GIS;

The result of this project is the modernization of the municipal department of Spatial and Urban Planning and skilled workers who will contribute to improving service delivery to citizens and enable the same time being independent in future work on development planning documents, equipment that will remain in the use of municipal planners.
